Registration

Current physicals need to be on file before the first day of practice.

 

POLICIES

 

Multiple Players Family Discount

The Kelso Youth Football & Cheer Association offers a family discount of $10 per tackle football player and $20 per cheerleader for the second and additional players in a family. The first player to register will pay full price $160, but other players in the same family will receive $10 or $20 off their registration fee. Discount is at time of registration. Example: Player #1 is registered at a fee of $160; Player #2 is registered at a fee of $150;

This fee covers secondary insurance and a mouth guard with dental insurance (for tackle football players), pictures and the upkeep of gear each year. If you have more then 2 kids playing football or cheering please contact the league to set up a payment plan.
 

 

Refunds

Refunds will be given if requested prior to August 10th, less a $50.00 administration fee. If requested between August 10th and August 24th, full refunds will be given less a $50.00 administrative fee and a $50.00 jersey fee. No refunds will be given after August 24th.

 

 

Concussion Policy

A youth athlete who is suspected of sustaining a concussion or head injury in a practice or game shall be removed from competition at that time. A youth athlete who has been removed from play may not return to play until the athlete is evaluated by a licensed health care provider trained in the evaluation and management of concussion and receives written clearance to return to play from that health care provider. Equipment Policy

All equipment is owned by Kelso Youth Football league. All equipment must be returned to the league at the conclusion of the last game of the season. Failure to do so will result in financial or criminal charges. Pictures will not be released until gear is turned in.
